Not catching the vibe? No stress. If your new piece doesn’t hit exactly the way you wanted, we’ve got you. You have 14 days from delivery to send it back. Let's find your perfect match instead.

Keep it pristine. To qualify for a return, your pieces must be in their original, untouched condition—completely unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and tucked safely inside their original packaging. Don't forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase so we can track it down instantly

To start a return, you can contact us at chrispnco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages & Defects We hold our pieces to an exceptional standard, but if something arrives less than perfect, we’ll fix it immediately. Please inspect your order the moment it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or completely unexpected, email us at chrispnco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographic evidence

Once we review the receipts, we’ll make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The Hard No's. Some pieces are yours for keeps. For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, discounted sale items, or purchases made with gift cards.

Exchanges

The Fastest Route. We don't do traditional exchanges because our curated drops move fast. The quickest way to secure the piece you actually want is to return your current item, and once approved, go ahead and place a fresh order for the new look.

Refunds

The Waiting Game Once your return lands back with us and passes inspection, we’ll drop a line to confirm the approval. From there, your refund is automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Keep in mind: Banks and credit card processors can sometimes take a minute to post the funds to your account.
